Class Discussion on Data from Phase Change Lab
- We will look for similarities in data from group to group.
- Did we reach boiling at same temperature?
- Did it take longer for some groups to reach completely melted and boiling than others?
- If so, why might that have happened?
- Can you explain the fluctuation in temperature reading in the first 10 minutes?
After we conclude the phase change lab...the classes that had not yet worked with Oobleck can do so.
We will finish the class with some reading from our Properties of Matter books.
