Welcome Back

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday season!

Just before break, my classes started a group poster activity in which they summarized the topics from the first half of the year...man, I can't believe we are halfway through. This was a great activity at the time because they were all hyped about break.

With that being said, the first two days following an eleven day break are also tough on middle school students, so I had planned for them to finish their poster today/tomorrow...a nice ease back into school. This will be a 2nd MP grade, which is finished on the 18th. I spoke to the students briefly today about finishing strong and not missing any assignments the rest of the way.

I will post some photos of the projects once I hang them up!

We start Properties of Matter once the posters are finished...our biggest unit of the year. Our main priority in the unit is to understand Density!
